

Want to stay fabulous? Nothing beats walking.
Walking is an easy way to lift and tone. It lifts your spirits while toning your body. And it puts the sass in your sashay! If you want to really have fun, hoof it with friends. It's a great way to stay motivated and on track. Plus, there's no way I'm going to miss out on getting the latest juice. Did you know that strutting your stuff just 30 minutes a day can burn off an extra 100 or so calories? Over the course of a year, that adds up to 10 pounds (but who's counting)!
Great legs and girlish figures are nice, but they're not the whole enchilada. More importantly, picking up your heels is like sending a thank-you note to your body for all it does. From your brain to your toes, a little activity goes a long way in promoting overall health.
