You know me: I get such a kick out of planning and attending parties. In my social circle, I find that when you host a fabulous soirée — you get invited to all the good ones too! Take right now for example, my mailbox is simply overflowing with amazing invites just waiting for wardrobe decisions to be made.

I don't believe in keeping a good thing to myself, so I want to share a couple of my entertaining secrets with all my Skinny fans out there. Here's an inspiring idea for a fabulous centerpiece: Ice Cream Sandwich Cake! I love the idea of taking a pretty plate and layering the sandwiches, varying flavors for color and pattern, as I stack them into a shape.
